Filomena

A collection certified by Portugal Manual

Filomena is a collection born from a female perspective, brought to life by the hands of three women—Filipa Belo, Teresa Gameiro, and Mariana Filipe.

The name, deeply rooted in the Alentejo region, belonged to the grandmother of Portugal Manual's founder, who left Alentejo to seek her fortune in the big city.

Inspired by Alentejo, this collection offers a renewed perspective on traditional, everyday objects. The clay alguidar (traditional basin) and other heritage pieces served as the starting point for the ceramic creations designed by MALGA.

The textiles, hand-woven on a loom by Teresa Gameiro, aim to bring the colors of the olive groves from Herdade do Esporão to the table.

This is a limited edition collection, available for purchase at the Depozito shop in Lisbon.
