The following conditions presented define the main information regarding orders, payments and shipments.

All pieces are handcrafted, one by one, so there may be slight differences between the parts produced. In color and also in some details. This happens naturally because MALGA works with small productions made entirely by hand.

The online store will work by restocking. The pieces that are available are ready to ship/deliver, in 7 to 10 days. If any product is Out of Stock, it will be replaced when there is new production and replacement.

For the packaging of our products, we use paper and cardboard (reused whenever possible) and sometimes we reuse plastic air bags or filling bags from other orders. Trying hard to buy packing material only when strictly necessary.

MALGA is not responsible for customs fees and taxes to which orders may be subject. It is also not responsible for the delay of carriers.

We accept returns only for pieces from currently available collections.
If you want to return the part(s) you have purchased, you can do so up to 5 days after receiving them, without having used them and in perfect condition. Please email for more information.
Discounted or promotional items are not returnable.
